SHIPPING POLICY

There are few shipping option for our valuable customer:

1.0 Flat Rate

1.1 We apply flat rate for our delivery. Net cost apply for a single delivery, no matter how many order you make, how heavy is your order, you only pay for a flat rate.

1.2 Delivery schedule (depend on the products, weather, shipping agent, specific area)

  • West Malaysia (1-4 working days for general gift; 3-7 working days for personalised gift)
  • East Malaysia (2-6 working days for general gift; 4-12 working days for personalised gift)

*General gift: All items listed on tteengift.com excluded personalised gift.

Shipping in East & West Malaysia

  • Shipping cost for West/Peninsular Malaysia is RM8.
  • Outskirts area for West/Peninsular Malaysia is RM14.
  • Sabah and Sarawak is RM18.

2.0 Free Delivery for bulk order

2.1 This offer is exclusive only for order greater then RM 150.

3.0 Free Local Delivery

3.1 Free Local Delivery service is exclusive only for Sungai Siput Area with minimum order amounted to RM 10.00.

3.2 Delivery period estimated 2-4 working days, depend on product type.

3.3 For those who request for Free Local Delivery service, must provide valid contactable phone number, as for ease communication purpose to arrange for receiving.

4.0 Self Pick Up

4.1 You may self pick up at our office located at

46, Jalan Besar(Upstair),

31100, Sungai Siput (U),

Perak, Malaysia.

4.2 Please send us email/sms to confirm your order is Ready before you come to collect. Collection available from Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 9pm.

4.3 You may call to our office personnel before collect, +60165515260.

4.4 All ordered stocks will only be reserved for up to 3 months at our warehouse upon purchase confirmation if you chosen “Self Pickup” as your method of delivery. Your ordered item will then become tteengift.com property. NO refund will be made for your payment if you failed to collect your paid items within 3 months.

1.0 Delivery tracking number will be emailed to you once it is made available.

1.2 You can use the tracking number to trace your parcel

 

Receiver’s Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a receiver for the collection. tteengift.com can only ensure that we ship to the correct address supplied to us during checkout process.

We aim to delivered your order to your door step. However, if there are no receiver there to receive parcel while our courier service attempt for delivery, we will only leave at the courier branch, and you shall collect the order with your own effort.

Please always make sure your assigned delivery address are always have a recipient to receive the parcel for you. Eg: If you have to go to work, and your house may not have any person to receive the parcel for you. You might consider to put your working address as your delivery address.

You might also ask a third party to receive the parcel for you.
