Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making online order transaction. Tteen Gift Enterprise, 002312224-X (hereon referred to as “tteengift.com”) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions any time, with or without prior notice to customer (hereon referred to as “tteengift.com customer ” or tteengift.com user). As a tteengift.com customer, it is your responsibility to know and periodically update yourself on these terms and conditions so as to fully understand your consumer rights and privileges.
1.0 Ordering
1.1 To place an order with tteengift.com you must register for an Account on the site as detail. You must follow the instructions on the Site as to how to make your Order.
1.2 tteengift.com reserves the right to reject any order placed by you. If your submitted artwork or texts appear to us to be offensive or inappropriate to display, tteengift.com has the right to edit or erase your submitted artwork or text with prior notice and will contact prospective customer to amend artwork or text until it deems appropriate.
1.3 Your Design Form, (hereon referred to as “tteengift.com’s item design instruction form”) shall submit within 30 days(including weekends and holiday) after full payment has made and received order confirmation ID from tteengift.com.. Any order that fail to receive design form within that permitted period, will considered as voidable order, order termination will take place, with no refund.
2.0 Communications
2.1 Email will be used as the main communication tool. Order confirmation and any design discussion will be corresponded through email, unless we received special request from customer to use alternative communication tools.
3.0 Payment
3.1 You shall pay for the Product in full at the time of ordering by any method that we have said is acceptable to us. tteengift.com are not bound to supply, until full payment have been confirmed received.
3.2 You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the Product from us are correct, account or other payment method which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Product.
4.0 Product Information
4.1 Most of the products displayed on this site are available for purchase. However, there are possibility that the displayed item is out of stock.
4.2 tteengift.com strive to make our products as accurately as possible. Yet, due to the physical constraints, this website does not guarantee that the product description or on the website is accurate, complete, reliable, latest or no errors.
5.0 Pricing
5.1 The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) and are valid and effective only in Malaysia.
5.2 Singapore customer should convert the Malaysia Ringit (RM) to Singapore Dollar (SGD) using the conversion rate of 2.5:1 (Eg, RM 10 = SGD 4).
6.0 Delivery
6.1 Tteengift.com aims to dispatch all orders within 4 – 9 working days of confirmation that your design has been accepted. Ready items (eg. plush toy and gift accessories) should delivered within 2 – 4 working days.
6.2 Delivery charges are currently paid by tteengift.com’s customers. Products is depending on customer where the goods are delivered to and how customers want the goods to be packed.
6.3 All goods are delivered to customer by tteengift’s appointed courier service company.

7.0 Cancellation
7.1 Cancellation of order only can be made within 3 days (include weekends or holiday)。 Or before the items scheduled for delivery.
7.2 If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team via email. No cancellation fees apply.
7.3 Once you have submitted the “Order Design Instruction”, your order is no longer valid for cancellation.
7.4 We may cancel a Contract if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
7.5 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.
8.0 Returns & Refunds
8.1 tteengift.com can only accept returns of products in their original condition within 10 days of dispatch at the discretion of our Customer Services team, provided that either the goods have been damaged in transit, or the goods suffer from a manufacturing defect.
8.2 All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging including undamaged boxes.
8.3 Only returns via courier service are accepted. We would not self-pick up from your location. The courier charge should pay by tteengift.com.
8.4 In the event that we send you a wrong item or the item is defective, we will send you a replacement item. Should the item be out of stock, we will issue cash refund.

9.0 General
9.1 When you submit an Order to the Site, you agree that you do so subject to these Terms and Conditions current at the date you submit your Order. You are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms and Conditions each time you submit your Order.
