💐WHAT is preserved flower?
Preserved flowers are fresh cut flowers which undergoes a unique preservation process that leave the flowers looking natural by maintaining their original suppleness, shape, brightness and will last for 3 years and above.
Preserved flowers are also called immortal flower, which represent immortal love, are a perfect way to make your loved one feel special.
HOW to maintain it?
Preserved flowers are very fragile like fresh flowers, so they must be handled with care and should be treated as follows:
*DO NOT WATER. They do not need water. Sprinkling water or perfume can cause damage.
*Should not be kept in high moisture area or very dry place.
*Avoid contact with direct sunlight to prevent discoloration, fading and drying.
*Blow with hair dryer from a moderate distance when dusty.

1. If order today, when can get the item?
A: We will take 1-3 working days to prepare the item (Handmade), then usually courier service will take 1-3 working days to deliver within West Malaysia, and 3-6 working days for East Malaysia.
2. Can I get a free wish card or free wrapping, as this is a gift for my friend?
A: In default we have a blank wish card for every flower gift order, if you need us to help you to write the wish card, please message us, we are pleased to write it for you. Free gift paper wrapping service provided upon request, and subjected to availableness.
3. I wish to customised my own design, is it possible?
A: Yes, you may contact us and tell us your ideas, if the request is within our capability we can customise it accordingly.
